Terms of Reference (TOR) for Developing Content Tailored for Persons with Intellectual Disabilities

Interested applicants should submit:

a) A proposal outlining their approach to the project, demonstrating an understanding of the Nepalese context

b) Team composition and qualifications (if applicable)

c) Detailed budget in Nepalese Rupees

d) Work plan and timeline

e) Two samples of similar work previously developed for persons with ID

f) References from previous clients, preferably including work done in Nepal

g) Strong understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.

h) Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
