Planning workshop for institutional capacity development completed
C.B.M. Under the "Sabal Sanstha" project, which is being conducted with the support of Global, the Federation of Parents of Intellectual Disabilities Nepal held a planning workshop for the development of institutional capacity on November 23, 2079 in the organization's own auditorium with the participation of 20 people. The workshop focused on institutional governance, leadership development, financial management, emergency financial strategy preparation, program management, emergency program development, organizational advocacy plan, policy and strategy development, etc. In that workshop, a report analyzing the current capacity of the organization was presented and the work of updating the report was also completed.
The facilitation of the workshop was done by the project officer and the chairman in the presence of the officials of the central working committee of the federation and the employees working in the organization.
