• Article 18 right to equality for persons with disabilities, Article 24 right against discrimination, Article 31 right to education, Article 39 right to children, Article 42 right to social justice, Article 43 right to social security, Article 51 state Policies, Article 84 Constitution of the House of Representatives, Article 86 Constitution of the National Assembly and term of office of members and Article 176 Constitution of Provincial Assemblies, Article 258 National Inclusion Commission, Article 259 Functions, duties and powers of the National Inclusion Commission as well as the rights in Schedule 8 list of local level powers in the amended bill We are in the process of being successful in including it.
  • After continuous initiative and lobbying of the federation and other disability organizations at the national level, they were also represented in the curriculum revision committee of the federation and a disability-friendly curriculum was created through the curriculum development center and the curriculum is in the process of final printing. 
  • While the Inclusive Education Policy was being drafted, a reminder letter was submitted to the Department of Education in order to make the question that intellectual disability friendly education policy should be made on behalf of the Federation.
  • In order to provide guidance to the bodies that conduct in-service teacher training and organize the training, a training module has been developed based on the questions and concerns of vision, hearing and developmental disabilities related to special needs from the Educational Manpower Development Center at the initiative of the Federation. 
  • For capacity building, advocacy skill development training by member organizations, training programs for self-advocates and an institutional strategy plan for 2016 to 2019 have been formulated. 
  • The continuous participation with solidarity in the movement carried out by the National Disabled Federation for the political rights of disabled persons has helped in the institutional development. 
  • After the establishment of the federation, the activities of its officials and members in the field of disability rights have become evident.
