This convention, which was passed by the 61st General Assembly of the United Nations on December 13, 2006, is a document that realizes the human rights of all persons with disabilities. It is an international law to ensure the equal enjoyment, promotion, protection and equal enjoyment of human rights of persons with disabilities. Based on the recommendations made by the CRPD and the United Nations CRPD Committee to the Government of Nepal on March 1, 2018, this material has been prepared by the Federation of Parents of Intellectual Disabilities Nepal targeting its beneficiaries.
