Planning workshop for institutional capacity development completed
Under the "Sable Organization" project being run with the support of CBM Global, the planning workshop for institutional capacity development of the Federation of Parents of Intellectual Disabilities of Nepal was held on 23 Kartik 2079 in the organization's own conference hall with the participation of 20 people. The workshop focused on developing short-term and long-term plans for institutional development in the coming days by discussing issues such as institutional governance, leadership development, financial management, emergency financial strategy preparation, program management, emergency program development, organization's advocacy plan, policy and strategy development, etc. In that workshop, a report analyzing the organization's current capacity was presented and feedback on the report was also completed.
The workshop, which was attended by officials from the Federation's Central Working Committee and employees of the organization, was facilitated by the Project Officer and Chairman.
