With the support of Lev Inclusion Denmark, a one-day awareness program for parents of people with intellectual disabilities was organized in Lamjung by Federation of Parents of Intellectual Disabilities Nepal in which a total of 21 people including 13 men and 8 women participated.

The program analyzed the needs and skills of people with intellectual disabilities and their families for economic development. Similarly, the analysis of local level businesses and the possibility of employment were investigated. In the same program, the work that people with intellectual disabilities can do, their safety and the role of their families, the role of employers and local government, and the role of people with intellectual disabilities were analyzed.
