The learning exchange program among the employees has been completed in Nagarkot under the initiative of Federation of Parents of Intellectual Disability Nepal.

In particular, the participants presented the activities and learning during the implementation of the Kopila project, which is being operated by the federation in 6 districts and 3 provinces of Nepal.

On the first day of the program, Mr. Raju Basnet, the President of the Federation of Intellectual Disability, introduced the structure and capacity development of the staff and gave a detailed orientation. Similarly, on the first day of the program, Bhushan Raut, program manager of the federation, gave a presentation on the learning opportunities and challenges of the Kopila project program.

Similarly, Pragati Khadka, the employment officer of the Federation, gave a presentation on the learning and opportunities and challenges of the efforts made to connect people with intellectual disabilities to employment.

In the first session of the second day of the program, Pragati Khadka, Employment Officer of the Federation, gave a presentation on learning-based employment modules to address the issue of employment.

At the same time, the field officers gave a presentation covering the efforts and learning and opportunities for the implementation of the project activities in Chitwan, Lamjung Saptari, Kaski, Myagdi and Kathmandu. presented.
