Leadership development training completed in Myagdi

In order to continue the process of developing the capacity of the member organizations, the leadership development training was completed in Myagdi from 2nd to 4th of January 2079 under the financial support of Lev Inclusion Denmark and the Federation of Parents of Intellectual Disabilities Nepal. In the training, which was attended by 27 people, including 13 women, Mr. Raju, a subject expert and the president of this federation, discussed the qualities of leaders, leadership development skills, identification of good leaders, information about leaders and leadership, etc. Basnet facilitated. Games, brainstorming, group work, market management, presentation. Discussions were used to shed light on the subject matter.

At the end of the program, the participants expressed their commitment to use the skills they learned in their organizations.
