Capacity development training for parent self-help groups completed in Kathmandu.

On June 10th and 11th, 2081, a two-day capacity development training for parent self-help groups organized by Federation of Parents of Intellectual Disabilities, Nepal was completed in Kathmandu. In the training organized under the Kopila project with the financial support of Lab Inclusion Denmark, the program was completed with the active participation of 5 people from Saptari district parent self-help group, 4 people from Chitwan district, 3 people from Kaski district, 2 people from Lamjung district and 5 people from Kathmandu district. Facilitator Vasu Gautam and Federation President Raju Basnet facilitated the program. In that program, information was given about the rationale for the formation of the parent self-help group, the process of conducting the meeting, and the duties of the group.
