Public places such as government buildings, schools, universities, hospitals, health institutions, religious places, workplaces, public roads, road boxes, passenger waiting areas, parking lots, entertainment places, playgrounds, convention centers, cinema halls and commercial buildings open to the general public, In public physical structures like residential buildings, hotels and restaurants, ATM banking services, by arranging suitable ramps, doors, windows, guiding blocks and Braille to make it accessible for easy movement and use of disabled people, also in public communication and information services like television, radio. The Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities approved by Nepal on the 12th Paush 2066 of the year 2066, the Interim Constitution of Nepal, to establish the standards necessary to maintain uniformity in the services and facilities to be built to increase access to persons with disabilities, to remove obstacles for persons with disabilities, 2063, National Policy and Action Plan on Disability, section 6.4.1, 6.4.2 of 2063 and by enabling them to use the civil, political, economic, social, cultural rights and facilities provided by other prevailing laws, fully and effectively in the development process. As it is desirable to participate as a participant, the Government of Nepal has created the Accessible Physical Structure and Communication Services Directory, 2069 for the following persons with disabilities.
